The problem

A shopper’s interest does not automatically become a completed purchase. Friction across the purchase flow can prevent customers from finishing their journey.

What I owned

Worked on streamlining the end-to-end purchase flow across desktop and mobile, identifying and removing friction points with conversion as the primary outcome.

The result

Desktop conversion increased from 0.6% to 3.2%; mobile conversion increased from 0.15% to 0.8%. Both represent more than a fivefold improvement over the starting rate.
