Turn a service into a product
The service offers name recommendations based on numerology rules relating a name to a date of birth. I turned that defined process into an online journey where customers could receive recommendations and pay for the service.
Own every step
I built the website, recommendation engine and payment flow from scratch, then owned launch, customer acquisition and ongoing improvements. There was no handoff between deciding what to build and making it work.
Claude and ChatGPT helped generate and refine the code. Vercel, Supabase and GitHub supported the application; Meta Suite, Zoho and Zixflow supported acquisition and customer operations.
Use AI where it helps
AI helped build the product. Defined rules power the recommendations.
I directed and refined the generated implementation around the numerology logic. The engine runs on rules and does not call an AI model for every recommendation.

Make the business work
Launched in April 2026, the product generated ₹2.5 lakh in August 2026 revenue at a 60% profit margin. These are reported monthly figures, not an annualised projection.
Building independently put product scope, acquisition spending and commercial performance into the same set of decisions. It added a direct, practical perspective to the enterprise products I build.
